Before Your Consultation
Wearing contact lenses can change the shape of your corneas. Your eyes will need
some time without your lenses to assume their normal relaxed shape once again. Please
do not wear contact lenses prior to your evaluation and treatment as indicated below
for each type of lens.

The course of the LASIK eye exam usually takes about 1-2 hours including the ophthalmologist’s
consultation. Please plan ahead to allow enough clinic visit time when you make
an appointment with us.
